How Does The Visual Verification Process Work?
To begin the visual verification process, please initiate payment by following the provided link. Upon payment, you will receive a unique identifier number or QR code, which you will use to create your corporate login and password. Please note that the digital images captured remain the property of VVI Global, and the fee grants you the right to access and view these images related to your candidate.
You are entitled to access the digital images three times over a 14-day period. Should you require additional access, it can be arranged for a fee, granting two more viewing opportunities within a subsequent 7-day period.
You will be prompted to upload all relevant documentation received from your candidate. Our system will process this data and assign a unique number or QR code to the individual.
Our Visual Verification Centre will contact your candidate to arrange a suitable time for their verification appointment. Candidates are advised to adhere to their scheduled time, as a fee may apply for rescheduling. In some cases, it may be advisable for candidates to travel to the verification area a day prior to their appointment to ensure timely arrival.
Upon arrival at the Verification Centre, our team will verify the candidate's identity through their personal documents such as driver's licenses, passports, and other relevant credentials. The candidate will then meet with our digital image capture team, who will explain the verification process, including the continuous capture of digital images throughout their session.
The candidate will undergo a facial recognition scan and then proceed to the Visual Verification Workspace. Here, they will be introduced to the workspace by the Technical Supervisor, who will provide initial guidance without offering direct assistance during the task performance.
The candidate will receive a worksheet detailing their tasks for the session, such as performing a standard automotive service, following an industry-standard job card. During this time, they are to work independently without seeking guidance from the Technical Supervisor, except in cases of safety concerns.
Upon completion, the candidate will fill out the job card, noting completed service items. This task, along with the supervisor's feedback, will be recorded as part of the continuous digital capture.
After a minimum of two hours at the centre, the candidate's data and digital images are uploaded to our server for quality control, adhering to Trust Mark Certification Standards. Once approved, the complete file is transferred to our cloud for client review. You will access the candidate's file using your login details and review it within the access period provided.
Your decision regarding the candidate's potential migration will be communicated to VVI Global, enabling us to update our records accordingly.
This thorough process ensures that every candidate's credentials and skills are accurately verified, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in our verification practices.

Visual Verification Integrity's (VVI) rigorous standard for digital image capture applies to all footage of candidates performing work-related activities intended for review and assessment by potential employers. The VVI Trust Mark acts as a guarantee offering assurance and risk mitigation against counterfeit, falsified, doctored, enhanced, or edited digital image footage. The VVI Trust Mark watermark is placed on every digital image captured and provided to our clients.
The Trust Mark is utilized to provide reassurance and confidence that the images captured adhere to the Trust Mark Standards. Digital images are captured by individuals holding formal qualifications for digital image capture. All digital images remain unaltered, unmodified, unenhanced, and free from Artificial Intelligence alterations.
All sequenced digital images (movies) are captured in one continuous sequence without any amendments, alterations, enhancements, or digital manipulation. All digital images accurately represent what was captured, providing a true and precise account.
Images are captured by a third party not affiliated with the applicant undertaking the Visual Verification, ensuring the authenticity of the digital images and guarding against manipulation. Onsite supervisors inspect the work performed independently, providing a thorough review of the tasks undertaken. The Trust Mark also certifies that no technical or physical support was provided directly or indirectly to the candidate while performing their Visual Verification.
By adhering to these Trust Mark standards, organizations can enhance trust and confidence in the authenticity and accuracy of their captured digital images for Visual Verification purposes.
VVI has engaged Third Party Auditors to randomly audit all aspects of the VVI Trust Mark certification processes and procedures to ensure independent scrutiny and compliance with stated protocols.
